LEAGUE RULES
Each team will consist of six players. Draw to made for order of play. AWAY team to throw first and every other odd leg there after. Home team to throw every even leg.
FORMAT OF PLAY:
GAMES MUST START BY 8.30 PM.
TRIPLES 2 LEGS OF 901
PAIRS 3 LEGS OF 801
SINGLES 6 LEGS OF 601 X2 GAMES EACH PLAYER
REGISTRATION OF PLAYERS:
Each team allowed to sign on a maximum of sixteen players’, no additional players may be registered once a Team has signed on the 16 players. Only teams that do not have a maximum of 12 players will be allowed to sign on extra players but a week’s notice MUST be given to the League Secretary
No player will be allowed to sign on or play for any other team, which runs a league that runs concurrently with ours.
If a player is found to have done so the LEAGUE COMMITTEE will deal with him.
No player will be allowed to sign on solely to play in the K.O COMPETITIONS.
ALL Games must be played on the Night Regardless of how many players available
LEAGUE MEETINGS & LEAGUE FEES:
All league meetings will be held at THE WESTOE CATHOLIC CLUB, WESTOE ROAD, on the last Wednesday Of the month at 8 o Clock with one exception, if that Wednesday is the actual last day of that month, in which case the meeting Will be held on the Wednesday previous.
CHECK BACK OF FIXTURE LISTS FOR DETAILS.
All teams must be represented at the monthly meetings. There will be no dual representation.
Each team will be ALLOWED ONE phoned absence per season, after which any non-attendance will result in a £5 fine.
All teams will pay a £15 registration fee at the start of the season
All teams will pay £3 per week subscriptions and £15 a month for monthly money draws.
All result cards must be received by NOON TUESDAY following the matches. It is the winning teams responsibility to send in result cards
LATE RESULTS: - the winning team will incur a £2 fine
AT THE END OF EACH SEASON ALL MONIES PAYED INTO THE LEAGUE WILL BE DIVIDED OUT PROPORTIONALLY TO ALL TEAMS, AS TO POSITION IN LEAGUE. I.E MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS, MONTHLY DRAW MONEY, SPONSORSHIP MONEY, K.O FEES ANDBUILDING SOCIETY ACCOUNT INTEREST.
THIS MONEY WILL BE PAYED OUT TO EACH TEAM AT THE ANNUAL PRESENTATION NIGHT.
NOTE: ANY TEAM NOT FULFILLING THEIR FIXTURES WILL LOSE THE 17 POINTS FOR THAT GAME AND WILL FORFEIT ANY MONIES DUE TO THEM I.e. THEIR LEAGUE PAYOUT. ALSO ANY TEAM NOT BEINGFULLY PAID UP BY THE PENULTIMATE MEETING WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO AN END OF SEASON PAYOUT.
